nice room - unacceptable hostess
The room was spacious, clean and quiet, 10 minutes from the cathedral and the old town!!! It had a coffee maker and kettle and the bed was comfortable with an anatomical mattress!
The owner's behavior was unacceptable. We informed her that we would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 PM and would like her to store our luggage since check-in could not be done before 4:00 PM.She refused, claiming that for security reasons it is not possible before 16:00, urging us to leave our luggage somewhere through the bounch application. On the eve of our arrival she sent us a message that we could check in at 14:00 but for a fee of 20€. (unacceptable behavior) Then we found out that there were no face towels and the shower gel was for 1 day while we had 4 nights. We asked for them by message (since it did not appear at check in even though it said it had a 24 hour reception. She replied that there were no face towels provided and that she would arrange it with the manager immediately for the shower gel. She didn't bring us anything ........ First time we met such a host!!!!!!! The entrance and stairwell are in very poor condition, it smells damp, has crumbling walls and water leaks when it rains. It needs immediate renovation.

Cea mai proasta si murdara cazare intalnita vreodata
Doar zona in care s-a aflat apartamentul, fiind aproape de metro si zonele turistice
Comunicarea proasta cu gazda. Sau mai corect spus faptul ca nu raspundea la mesaje. Am ajuns sa ma pot caza cerand Booking-ului sa incerce sa dea de gazda Mizeria din apartament ( praf cat cuprinde, panze de paianjeni imense pe pereti, perete risueat, vase murdare in dulap, miros de mucegai si otet - probabil de la cum au incercat sa mascheze mirosul de mucegai) Foarte rece. Caloriferul nu face fata sa incalzeasca. Am inghetat de frig in casa. Nu cred ca erau mai mult de 18 grade in casa cu calorifelul pornin non stop. Calorifelul era lung dar cred ca avea 3 elementi, exact degeaba. Incalzea langa el si atat, er electric. Cea mai proasta cazare din toate calatoriile avute. Nu recomand sub nicio forma . Loc mizerabil

Pas de chauffage pendant 2j. Drap housse de mauvaise qualité et ne correspond pas au matelas (pas de tenue) Une tête de lit serait la bienvenue compte tenu du mur en pierre Éclairage global médiocre.
