De locatie was eigenlijk beter dan ik had verwacht. Voor 1 persoon is het prima geschikt. De nabijheid van het centrum is goed. Er is een prima supermarkt vlakbij die tot laat open is. Fijn bankstel.
De wc is erg klein en de wc-bril valt vaak terug. Het plafond bij het slaapvertrek is vrij laag als je langer dan 1.80m bent zoals ik. Er ontbrak een goed keukenmes.
