Great location, nice and spacious property. The host was really responsive. I was there beginning of January and it was nice and worm inside. The bed was really comfortable. I did not have any issues with the stairs but they require care.
My only issue was with the noise from the elevator and entrance to the building. They are noisy when people come and go in the morning, otherwise it's a quiet building.
Also, the toilet is in a really small room and while sitting down you might have trouble closing the door. I travelled alone so there was no issue for me, but it's something to consider.
