I would highly recommend La Casa Cosy Duplex.
The apartment was clean, the kitchenette perfect, and the location excellent. Local amenities and restaurants all nearby and a short walk to the University and the old city.
It was a little warm in the loft but fine, and I would have loved a small rack to hang clothes.

Ce logement est constitué d’un couloir de 1m80 de large.et.5 m de long en duplex.. cuisîne sans lumière en bas, wc. Salle d’eau et lit en haut. Cette piaule est à la limite de.l’habitable:

Très pratique pour un court séjour
J'ai beaucoup apprécié les instructions claires pour récupérer les clefs et la propreté du logement. Le duplex est agréable et avoir tout l'espace pour soi est un grand plus.
Le seul bémol est la situation géographique : tout est facilement accessible, transport à 5 minutes à pied, le problème est la fréquentation. Je me suis faite abordée 4 fois en 4 minutes de manière très agressive et me suis faite suivre jusqu'au logement, klaxonnée etc. Je connais bien Lyon et pensais que ne pas être tout à fait à Guillotière suffirait mais c'était quand même compliqué. Juste faire attention et en être conscient. La porte donne directement sur le trottoir donc difficile de se soustraire au voisinage ou au bruit (mais on est en pleine ville, pour le bruit c'est normal). Dommage car le logement à l'intérieur est très bien et bon rapport qualité prix. PS : une marche de l'escalier est malade ; juste mettre un marquage de couleur ou une planche dessus pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise svp Merci
