It had a big area for studying and cooking.

The height is not enough and you can not stand up fully, you should do everything while sitting down, otherwise your head hits the roof. There were no covers for the blankets and bed linen. And I think they have not been washed regularly. The process for entrance is hard for a newcomer, and the owner is not there to help you. I was trying for half an hour to go to my room under heavy rain. Finally a neighbor helped me to do it. All in all, it was not valueble for its price.

The staircase is a bit narrow, making it inconvenient to carry the suitcase. The sound insulation of the house is not very good. The room is a bit small and not suitable for working. One can only work at the table in the public area downstairs.

The room has enough space for single and good location for access to the city center.

I wanted a bigger bath towel and the body soap in the bathroom. At first, I was confused to open the door of house with a dial & a key but I was lucky as the owner stayed in the house.

My room(Orange) height was 4ft approx at highest point, so i can't stand straight in my room. There is no hanger in room for clothes.

I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and affordable to stay, it was well priced.

The room was spacious, we had access to a stocked kitchen and bathroom/ shower. The communal area was nice, spacious and well decorated. Location easy enough to fine and easy enough to get into.

Our room had no windows so ventilation was poor and often made it feel like we were in a box. The shower was on the second floor meaning we had to go up two flights of stairs just to shower. The other guests were banging around above us past 11pm which was inconvenient but not the hosts issues.

Nice stay for a couple of nights

We had private clean bathroom, we had a fan which helped for the heat, it wasn't too far from the center.

Window was broken and didn't open.

Disappointing

Location is very good. The host is there every day. The bathroom is spacious. The host let us store our bags there for a few hours before check-in.

The room is very small, even with just two people (I have no idea how you would fit a mattress in there for a third person, as advertised). We had to make the sofa bed ourselves and the sheet doesn't fit properly. The room gets very hot because there is no outside air coming in. The only "window" is a door that leads into a gravel pit with scaffolding in it. We had to leave this open if we wanted to have any air, but we realised later that workers were using that area for construction work. They could have just come into our room as we slept. Air conditioning or a simple fan would have made this better, but there wasn't anything. There is also no top sheet, just a heavy doona. The towels are also tiny. The fridge is barely cold, so you can't keep drinks cold.

Notre chambre n'était pas très propre, il y avait des couvertures mais pas de draps, et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes alors que nous étions 3 (on avait pris une chambre pour 3 personnes je précise)

Expérience catastrophique, serviette sales, murs avec des taches de partout et sales aussi, j’ai réservé avec un ami, on a trouvé un lit double et un lit simple cassé, deguelasse, des draps jaunis et noircis, odeurs nauséabondes. On décide de dormir dans le lit double et devinez quoi en deux jours on a eu des boutons partout dans le corps symptômes de présence des punaises de lit, je doute fort que la chambre a été nettoyée. Je demande un dédommagement ou un remboursement car ce ne mérite pas débourser un seul euro pour cette chambre, je vous laisse quelques photos pour voir l’état de la chambre. Ps: on a dépensé plus d’argent pour se débarrasser des punaises (laverie, achat de nouveaux vêtements, etc..)

Séjour bien

L'hôte est très sympathique. Il nous a permis de déposer nos sacs avant l'heure d'arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le logement est agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec sa salle de bain privative. Il y a beaucoup de monde dans le logement, donc pas mal de bruit, mais cela reste inévitable dans un hébergement partagé. Il semble d'ailleurs que certaines personnes y vivent de manière permanente. La cuisine est bien équipée. C'était propre, même si ce n'était pas irréprochable (plutôt passable). Cela reste néanmoins un hébergement très correct en termes de rapport qualité/prix. L'emplacement est également pratique, à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre. Je recommande !

Chambre très très sale des notre arrivée, porte non isolée avec un gros jour en bas. Quelqu’un peut littéralement regarder sous la porte pour voir ce qu’ils se passe. Du fait de cette porte, on entend énormément les colocataires, bruyants.

Les gens qui gèrent ce "loft" répondent rapidement aux questions posées, et les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires. C est bien le seul point positif !

Chambre minuscule sous le toit ! Vous devez être accroupi pour ne pas vous taper la tête dans la poutre, 1 lit 1 place sous la pente et 1m a coté du lit ! Meme un enfant serait à l etroit ! TV qui ne fonctionne même pas !(télécommande cassée sans piles inutile !) Douche partagée sale car les gens ne nettoient pas apres leur passage, aucun produit fourni ?pourtant spécifié dans l annonce) Cuisine avec vaisselle dans l evier et casserole remplie encore sur la plaque, etc Et aucune insonorisation donc vous entendez les gens partir, parler, etc C est honteux de vendre ca comme une chambre confortable équipée avec accès aux espaces communs !

Pas grand chose à part le centre ville

La cage poule dans laquelle nous avons dormi, la salle de bain vétuste et toujours occupée donc impossible de se laver et la réflexion d'un jeune homme dormant dans une espèce de cagibi nous demandant de parler moins fort parce qu'il dormait alors qu'il était 8h et qu'on nous demandé le calme de 23h à 7h

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. C'est une belle arnaque!!! Etant données la saleté et la présentation repoussante des lits ma famille nombreuse (dont un bébé) et moi avons dû chercher un autre hébergement alors que nous venions à peine d'arriver à Lyon à 18h30. Evidemment la personne a refusé notre demande de remboursement lors d'un conversation houleuse au cours de laquelle il a prétendu que les chambres avaient été améliorées, nous avons ri en entendant cela. Pas sûr que les normes de sécurité soient respectées dans ce "loft". Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de prendre des photos, nous n'avions qu'une seule envi : sortir nos enfants de cet environnement.
