Great location near supermarkets and public transport. Easy check-in and check-out. It has air cond and good facilities.

When we arrived, the kitchen bin was full of garbage from the previous guest.

The location is perfect, not too far from local amenities and the tube stop.The accommodation was provided with all the comforts, good value for money, the plus is that it is pet friendly

Nothing in particular, I knew since I booked there was no air conditioning, however a fan would have been really appreciated due to the hot weather (37 degrees)

Perfect for a couple or a small group.

Location is great, close to the metro station, grocery stores and anything you might need. You can reach the major attractions in the city really easily. The building is a really nice older building, with beautiful elements, the apartment is well equipped, and the host is very nice and helpful.

These things did not bother us, but for some people might be important to acknowledge that the rooms are not very big. Also, a nice older building also means colder walls and floors during the colder seasons.

Superb

Very good apartment. There are everything you need. Comfortable place, new bathroom. Very easy to reach out the owner by message. I really enjoyed my stay. My car was not used over my stay in Lyon because the place is close to city center.

The parking is a problem. There isn't space enough for all cars, so be prepared to park on the street, mainly if you have a medium/big car.

Great place apart from parking

The apartment is great, well fitted out and very clean

As others have commented it is very difficult to get a parking space. We only managed once. Doesn't help that there are at least two abandoned cars taking up valuable spaces. On street free parking is also very hard to find. So we paid for the car park two streets away. Fine if it's just overnight - free from 7-9 anyway - but would be expensive if you have to leave the car all day

Cool apartment, parking not guaranteed

Super clean and nice apartment, 2.5km from the city centre, metro station close. Owner well organised, nice and available to answer to our questions. There were also some books for our child. The apartment is new, and well equipped.

The parking is not guaranteed as the places are not assigned and not enough for all the persons entitled to enter, so we didn’t find a place for our car during our stay and we had to pay another parking.

Estaba muy cerca de la estación de metro, a 3 paradas del centro de Lyon. La cama era muy cómoda, la ducha iba muy bien. Estaba muy limpio. Parking (descubierto) al lado y también nos ofreció parking cubierto muy cerca

Bonito apartamento en Lyon

El apartamento era mas grande de lo que se veía por fotos en booking. La decoración es sencilla pero a la vez moderna se nota que el baño esta reformado. El tamaño para 4 adultos y 5 dias fue razonable aunque no pasamos mucho tiempo alli. Teniamos 2 pares de llave que eso siempre viene bien y puedes dejar tu bicicleta (si tienes) como en un cuarto cerrado con llave en la calle. La dueña se mostró muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en los mensajes intercambiados.

Como punto negativo seria la limpieza, especialmente la del salon (sofa/cama, horno y sillon). Creo que si mejora este aspecto el apartamento seria de 10. Echamos de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero fuera del baño.

Bardzo polecam. Wybrałabym ponownie

Apartament był bardzo czysty i nowocześnie wyposażony. Posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia - suszarkę, kapsułki do kawy i nawet kakao. Bardzo sympatyczna Pani właścicielka.

Brakowało lustra w sypialni i światło z łazienki bardzo świeciło do sypialni. Przydatny byłby także dywanik w łazience.

Sehenswerte Stadt, Wohnung sehr nett und guter Ausgangspunkt

Entzückende und pfiffige Einrichtung Nah zu Metro und Bus Station Genug Platz für eine Familie von vieren Es gab in der Nähe eine Garage, die groß genug war, um mit Bus und Rädern drauf unterzukommen (über 2,20m, aber nicht überall)

Leider sehr hellhörig, da neben dem Haupteingang (aber nur, wenn die Nachbarn in Gruppen kamen)

L appartement est parfait tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour,il ne manque rien et l appartement est décoré avec goût Il est très bien situé,des places de parking sont mises à disposition et possibilité de se déplacer à 2 mn en transport en commun avec des commerces autour ,nous avons trouvé notre adresse sur Lyon 😁

Si je dois juste dire un petit point négatif c est le matelas de la chambre mais un sûr matelas a été mis après nous nous avons l habitude d un matelas plus dur mais cela ns a pas empêché de très bien dormir

Apartamento muy limpio, con muchos detalles que facilitan la estancia. Excelente ubicación, muy tranquila la zona. No pasamos nada de calor por la buena climatizacion que tiene. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Lyon.

Séjour agréable mais propreté à améliorer

L'appartement est chaleureux, nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans ce dernier. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements, la décoration et l'ambiance générale de ce dernier. Remise des clés pratique dans un boitier

Point noir sur la propreté... A notre arrivée, les poubelles n'étaient pas vidées des précédents locataires. De plus, nous avons retrouvé des bouts de verre sur le sol ce qui est en plus dangereux. Soucis aussi avec l'eau chaude qui n'est pas suffisante pour la 4ème personne qui va se doucher. Point d'attention aussi sur le parking, il n'y a pas de place réservée! Si ce dernier est rempli vous vous retrouverez dans la rue à payer. Nous avons signalé à notre départ ce soucis de propreté à l'hôte sans jamais de réponse.
