Experience the comfort of our Loveland house, perfectly situated near downtown and commercial areas, yet nestled in a peaceful residential setting. The housefeatures a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, dinnerware, and glasses. We provide basic house essentials such as coffee, spices, and paper towels, along with linens including sheets, blankets, and towels. Enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking for two cars, plus easy street parking. Laundry facilities are available in the house. We're also happy to offer endless recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, including three private bedrooms, a living room, a family room, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a garden or backyard. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washer and dryer, and free parking on the premises and street. The property also features a private entrance for easy access.

The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise.This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences.
