About this house rental
Summary:
New listing. Three Bedroom house with huge back yard close to Little Miami River and Bike trail. Only a 5 block walk. Nice neighborhood with easy access to freeway. Many parks, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Each room has a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast Wifi and large smart TV (delivered on 11/18, will update pics after set-up). Backyard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome. Great spot to get away but still close enough to the city for commuting.
The Space:
The bathroom has a nicely renovated shower. There is no bathtub.
Other Things to Note:
We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. Many guests request this service and it does take extra time to coordinate schedules and ensure everyone involved can accommodate the request. Thank you, Seth

I appreciated all the supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, coffee…), it was much better stocked than a lot of rental houses we’ve stayed in. it had basic cookware/ dishes in the kitchen. Location was close to restaurants, stores, and such without being downtown. The yard looked nice and big but because of storms we didn’t even go out back.The house appeared clean at first but upon closer look it was NOT cleaned well. There was trash left between furniture and under beds. There was hair stuck all over the bathroom wall. There were dirt stains throughout. The washer had black mold and smelled so we couldn’t use it. Shower also had mold. There was a strange sewage smell that would come in waves but we never figured out what was causing it. Nothing horrible but the house could definitely use a deep cleaning.Also, it could use some extra homey touches like throw blankets but that’s just my opinion and there weren’t any dishes or cups for children.
