About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will need a car. Uber and Lyft are also available. Our local staff can help you out with all of your housing needs as we have many short and mid-term furnished rentals available in the area. • No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Please pick up after your dog.
• All Rentals must be for a minimum 6 months term
• Subject to HOA rules.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
