Luxury new construction home in new planned suburban neighborhood. This home features high-end finishes including upgraded cabinets, Stainless steel appliances, and Granite countertops. It is well furnished from top to bottom and includes anything you might need. There is a 2nd floor laundry room and 5 spacious bedrooms.
The builder took care to make sure a safe and sound home was built. There is a finished walk-out basement. New Carpet, paint, and flooring throughout. The home features a wood deck on back (new picture coming soon) and nice yard. There is a stoop patio in the front, and the home has a 2-car garage with garage door openers.
Guests may access the entire home and yard. There is a pool and workout/community area that is shared by the community.

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO pets are allowed.
• All Rentals must be for a minimum 6 months term
• Subject to HOA rules.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
