This was a terrible experience. Upon checking in, we were told to pay either a refundable deposit of $300 (they would hold for 7-10 days) or we could pay a nonrefundable deposit of $60. Then there was no parking even though the listing said there was. My husband had to park over 3 streets away. only one TV worked even though the listing claimed every bedroom had a working 55 inch TV. The bedroom TVs were far from 55 inches and the third bedroom didn’t even have a TV. The upstairs was freezing due to a window being left open.

Immaculate stay. I cant think of a single critique. Every single inquiry was met with friendly and immediate response. Short of having a free masseuse on staff I don't really know how it could have been improved. I am a grouch who is never satisfied because I always nitpick the fringe details, but I'm not exaggerating when I say my only frustration is that I didn't realize the heinekens in the fridge were complimentary so I didnt drink mine ha.

Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay.
