Cleneay #1, Private 3 Bed near Xavier & Downton

I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it.

Stayed with my teenage son and my 2 fur babies. The pictures of the home were accurate so no guessing. So thankful to have a clean places to stay that accepts dogos. Worth every penny, I've already rebooked for next week. If you're on the fence. Kindest try it.

Very nice and close to the university

The amenities would have been rated much higher if the accommodations were clean. The linens and beds were clean, but overall the place needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen was very dirty, and I am glad that we had not planned to use the kitchen for anything but a light breakfast. We tidied up the kitchen a bit, but the room was unsuitable for cooking as the appliance were dirty, the cabinets were sticky, and the garbage can had gnats. Since it was a holiday weekend, I understand that a cleaning crew were have been difficult to hire. However, when I reached out, Seth did not acknowledge my concerns. The host’s communication seemed to be auto responses.The location was excellent, parking was plentiful, and there are charming details in the architecture.
