About this house rental

Located in the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this private home is perfectly situated in the heart of Cincinnati's vibrant urban core. Steps away from Main and Vine streets, and all the shops, restaurants and breweries district has to offer. Walking distance to the Ziegler Park & Pool, Washington Park, Findlay Market, Music Hall and new FC Cincinnati Stadium, and a short Streetcar ride to the Business District and Bengals and Reds stadiums. Free street parking in front of house. Please note that the house is located in an urban setting and on a busy street which generates traffic noise. This is a well renovated house. There is plenty of space for 6 people. Everything is clean and comfortable. The water in the showers was not very hot, but I think the owner will adjust this after my reminder. He is very responsive.

The property had enough space for what we needed, beds were really comfortable, and parking was great since it was right outside on the street. Coming and going was very easy. It was very convenient for going to the casino for a show at the ballroom. We ended up not traveling with our dogs so I can’t really comment on that, aside from saying that it probably would have been an easy in and out. The only negatives might be that the shower upstairs was a little tight, the kitchen could use a deep clean, and the traffic was a bit loud. We didn’t travel with young kids, or our dogs, so the sound of traffic was not an issue for us. Overall, the place was great and the Host was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!!

Overall it was a great stay! House was very pet friendly, host very responsive and helpful to all questions. The area itself just has some sketchy characters walk by. Other than that, it was exactly what we were looking for.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood itself it great but the location of the home is not. Loud streets at night made sleeping difficult (as others have said), not great for families.
