It was the perfect location for our son's graduation from Xavier University. The family had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We had the benefit of good weather so the front porch, deck and hot tub were used each day we were there.

We were close to where we wanted to be (Xavier) and the price was comparable to a hotel room but provided more space and privacy for our group. It is only a one bedroom with one king size bed. We did use the blow up mattress and the pull out couch.

A good value for the money. Appeared to be clean and it met our needs. That said, it is an old house with a below average remodel job.
