• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the walkway into the home and partial view of driveway, (2) located at the side entrance of the home and actively monitoring the walkway into the side door as well as a partial view of the driveway.
• This home is a sister unit to Kenwood Keys 2, which is located on the building’s second floor. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. The parking area and backyard area are communal/shared spaces. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit of Kenwood Keys Suites, providing access to both units.

The property was clean and conveniently located. The listing states that this is the lower level of a home with a unit above so be aware of that when booking. No issue with any of the upstairs guests though. Space was nice and gave us what we needed. There are two challenges with this location. Parking was difficult. We have a full size truck and had to turn around in the small area when so we could get out. This isn't an issue if we were the only ones there, but when guests were upstairs we had to wait for them to leave before we could get out. We only had the one truck and they only had one car - so I can't imagine if either rental had two cars. The other issue was the seating in the living room. It was extremely uncomfortable and the couch with the pull out bed/ottoman was broken down.

My husband and I stayed here with our children ages 0-10. This apartment had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and communicative. The provided high chair, pack n play, step stool, and video games were a bonus.The kitchen has been recently updated and was a pleasure to cook in. Do bring all your own spices/ingredients/storage solutions, but the pans, utensils, and dishes were well equipped and in good shape. The apartment had a great layout for our family where the kids could all fit in their own room. Some considerations for those considering this property: It is an older house with a steep driveway and a hill up to the backyard. The parking spaces for Unit 1 are on a slight angle. There are a few steps to get into the apartment and a flight down to the basement for laundry. We could hear footsteps from renters above us, but no voices/TV/etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others!

It was a great location and the beds were super comfortable to sleep in. The listing says it can have 6 people stay comfortably, however unfortunately there was not enough plate ware for 3. There was also only 6 rolls of toilet paper available total for a 2 week stay and we had to get some from a local store. The host was very excellent at communicating. They were very attentive and timely when I did need to reach out.
