Welcome to your holiday retreat in the heart of Sirmione! This charming two-bedroom apartment features a double bed, a single bed, and a double sofa bed, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom comes fully equipped with a bathtub for your comfort.
Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine and pods. The apartment also includes air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi to keep you comfortable and connected.
Step outside onto your private terrace and take in breathtaking sunset views over Lake Garda and the historic Scaligero Castle.
Located in Sirmione’s enchanting old town, the apartment is just a short stroll from the archaeological site Grotte di Catullo and the famous Blue Flag-awarded Jamaica Beach.
Private parking is available nearby upon reservation and subject to an additional fee.
This apartment is located in a ZTL so it is not possible to access it directly. We provide paid parking, upon reservation, at the entrance to the ZTL with a shuttle service for luggage transport, offered by the parking itself which will be available from 12:00 on the day of check-in, until 12:00 on the day of check-out. The property offers the availability to request late check-out and early check-in at an additional cost to be agreed upon.

It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
