Located in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, just steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, this accommodation combines modern comfort, an ideal location and the relaxing charm of one of Italy's most beloved destinations.
The apartment is spacious, bright and furnished with contemporary taste. It features a double bedroom with a balcony, a children's room with a bunk bed and access to a second balcony, a modern bathroom with a shower and a welcoming living area with a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi connection.
The kitchen, perfectly equipped, includes a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and a microwave with oven function. The dining area, with a view of the greenery, overlooks a spacious terrace where it is possible to eat outdoors and glimpse the lake between the trees.
A true added value is the splendid swimming pool of the residence, equipped with a hydromassage and ideal for refreshing oneself during hot summer days.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the building's private garage. The parking space is suitable ONLY for a small car with dimensions 1.8 x 3.7. If your car does NOT fit within these measurements, please park outside on the street.

Sehr schöne und wirklich gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in Colombare, Sirmione. Viele Restaurants und der See mit schönem Fußweg in direkter Nähe.
Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs, leider war es schwierig unser Reisebett aufzustellen. Mit etwas Umräumen ging es dann aber. Die Fotos hatten alles etwas größer aussehen lassen als es tatsächlich ist.
Die Wohnung ist aber sonst wirklich schön und sehr gut ausgestattet! Und mit größeren Kindern ohne Babybett ist auch genug Platz, da 4 volle Betten (1x2m) vorhanden sind plus eine Ausziehcouch.
Check-In und -Out liefen super unproblematisch via WhatsApp.
Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist nicht allzu groß und man muss etwas rangieren, um wirklich gut zu stehen und die anderen Bewohner nicht zu behindern.
Es geht aber alles super gut und man ist schließlich im Urlaub und hat Zeit :-)

Eine sehr schöne, neue, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung unweit des Gardasee-Ufers, die genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos entspricht. Das Haus selbst befindet sich vor einem ruhigen Campingplatz. Den Gardasee kann man von einem Balkon aus erahnen. Der Pool war zu unserer Reisezeit im Herbst bereits geschlossen. Angenehm waren auch die an allen Fenstern und Balkontüren befindlichen Moskitonetze. Der Check-In erfolgt bequem vorab auf der Internetseite. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand unkompliziert mittels Schlüsselbox bei Mygardaholiday in der Nähe statt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Eine Anmerkung noch zum Tiefgaragenplatz: Da die Tiefgarage sehr eng ist, kann das Ausparken vor allem für längere Fahrzeuge schwierig werden, wenn direkt neben dem reservierten Parkplatz ein Auto steht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.Nichts, allenfalls eine Espresso-Kapselmaschine wäre toll.
