The kitchen, perfectly equipped, includes a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and a microwave with oven function. The dining area, with a view of the greenery, overlooks a spacious terrace where it is possible to eat outdoors and glimpse the lake between the trees.
A true added value is the splendid swimming pool of the residence, equipped with a hydromassage and ideal for refreshing oneself during hot summer days.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the building's private garage. The parking space is suitable ONLY for a small car with dimensions 1.8 x 3.7. If your car does NOT fit within these measurements, please park outside on the street.

The apartment is lovely and in an optimal position to visit Colombare for shopping, restaurata etc but also a minute away from the lake.
The swimming pool is small and the space outside is limited.
