Domicile Cologne

Alles super. Herausragender Service! Ich reise viel, hatte aber noch nie so einen guten Service. Der Vermieter ist super und achtet auch auf die Kleinigkeiten.

Good location, close to a mall and to excellent public transportation. The hosts were excellent and very helpful. They even made a special trip back to see us to help out when we were unable to pop open the washing machine and they set us up with a $10 Euro parking credit for downtown Cologne. We didn’t use it, but it was kind of them all the same. They also found a fan for us, because we arrived during a heat wave, and there is no AC in the apartment.

We were attracted to the property because it was a fair price and the photos looked great. Unfortunately, there was an additional charge of $10 Euros, per day, per person, that amounted to an additional $140 Euros for our week-long stay. This added about a third to the cost of the apartment, and priced it considerably above the other properties I had considered. I did see the $10 per day charge, but missed the “per person” part, so was taken aback to find I had to pay an extra $140, not just $70, which I was willing to pay because the photos looked so good and I liked the location. My fault, I didn’t read the fine print.
