AM's 502 Movie 5 min to Ikebukuro 13 min to Shinjuku Station 19 min to Shibuya Station with coworking space

The unit is just across Otsuka atation, has 3-4 steps going into the elevator, no issue at all. One of the best area to stay, JR line and not far from everything. Owner very flexible during our stay, very spacious.

The window does not block the brightness from outside completely, and because it is very near station, it’s a bit of noise but we have no issue

Great Location, Comprehensive Amenities, but Mixed Service Location: The apartment is perfectly located near the South Exit of Otsuka Station, just a 3-minute walk away. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson) and Yoshinoya are all nearby. The Room: Located on the 5th floor with elevator access. The unit is clean, quite spacious, and features two bedrooms and a dining table. The amenities are very complete and useful; I personally used the heater, washing machine (detergent provided), iron, hairdryer, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction stove, kitchenware, fridge, and microwave. Host & Service: The host was very communicative and responsive via the app before my arrival. They were also helpful when I arrived early and needed to drop off my luggage via WhatsApp. However, once my stay began until I checked out, my messages went unanswered. It felt like I was only welcomed at the start but lacked support and a proper farewell during and after my stay.

The only downside is that the bathroom and toilet are not separated. Also, the toilet is basic—it doesn't have the typical Japanese heated seat or electronic bidet buttons.
