This vacation rental is a very spacious for central Tokyo. It was thoroughly cleaned, and I felt as comfortable as if I were at home! It is close to JR Otsuka Station, making it an ideal location for sightseeing in Tokyo. I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Tokyo in the future!

No elevator. I had a heavy suitcase so going up and down the stairs was a bit of a struggle.

1. Great location – The hotel is in an excellent location near JR Otsuka Station. It was very convenient to visit popular attractions such as Akihabara, Senso-ji Temple, Shibuya, Meiji Jingu, and Yoyogi Park. Most places were within about a 30-minute train ride. Ikebukuro is only one stop away, making shopping very convenient as well. The walk from JR Otsuka Station to the hotel takes about 7–8 minutes, which is quite close. However, after a full day of sightseeing, carrying luggage up to the steep stairs can be a little tiring. 2. Spacious rooms – The apartment was much larger than expected. It has two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom has two large beds, and the living room also has a sofa bed. The shower room and toilet are separated, which is very convenient for families or groups. It has everything we needed, including 3 AC units in each room which is great during the hot weather in Tokyo. The shower has great water pusher which I like a lot. The WiFi is very fast too. 3. Excellent value for money – Paying less than $100 USD per night for such a great location and large space was a great deal. 4. Quiet environment – Although the hotel is next to the street, our rooms on the third floor was pretty quiet at night. There was some construction nearby, but it did not bother us very much. 5. Easy communication - it’s easy to communicate with customer service via booking.com messages. They generally respond fast enough and helped with the questions we had.

Just a few small things for improvement and I think it will make big difference. 1. Our room was on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Since staircases in Tokyo tend to be narrow and steep, carrying large or multiple suitcases upstairs can be challenging. We storage our 2 largest luggage’s we don’t use (gifts for my family after the Tokyo trip) at the airport for only $10 ish per day, which is the best decision we made. 2. The apartment has a washing machine, although there is no dryer, a drying rack is provided, which is very convenient. It would be even better if there were a few more clothes hangers and some clips for hanging socks and underwear. 3. It would be helpful to add a mirror on the wall near the window in one of the bedrooms. This would make it much easier for ladies to do makeup. The bathroom is quite small, so bringing a chair into the bathroom for makeup tends to block the space. 4. Installing a towel holder next to the bathroom sink would make it more convenient to dry hands after washing. 5. It would also be helpful to place a small information card in each room with answers to common questions, such as what to do when the trash bin is full, how to request additional towels, remind guest to lock the doors when leaving, and where to find the drying rack. This would make the stays more convenient.

Appartement très bien placé, 7 min de marche du JR. Déplacement très efficace.Quartier avec de bon restaurants le soir. Chambres spacieuses , lits confortables, laveuse .
