Very comfortable and quiet. In a good location with many things accessible by foot, including the metro station. While not being huge, the accommodation is quite large by Japanese standards. The equipment was modern and very clean, and check in and check out were smooth. Overall excellent value for money, I will likely return.
Despite the AC, it was a bit hot at night in the main bed area, as it is separated from the main room. You can open the door to try and let the air come in, but it doesn't work so well. But this is because we stayed during the hottest time of the year, I am sure it is not usually a problem.

The apartment is small and welcoming. Be prepared to use Google translate to use some facilities like the bathroom, the AC and the washing machine (everything written only in Japanese). The residential area where it is located is very quiet and nice and walking distance from Yamanote Otsuka station. The Japanese hot tub was a good surprise.
The apartment is smaller than in the pictures. The bed and bed linen were too narrow for 2 people. The floor was not perfectly clean. If you carry big luggages, it could a problem to store them and to carry them up to the 4th floor.

Extremely small room and no lift to the 3rd level where they placed us. Host should have made it clear that the lift in this building does not serve all floors
