Location is great, it is super close to the station, and allows for easy transportation.
Very clean, fast wifi, large shower room, and Laundry machine available as well too on site.
Bigger than the average room in Japan!
Stairs - it wasn't noted that the property would be without elevator.
It could be an issue for people without mobility, and or to get big luggages up to your room if you're assigned something on the upper floor.

"Great location near Sugamo Station, a kombini just around the corner and the instructions to self check-in was seamless. The place is clean, enough space for 3 people, amenities are provided and over ..."
