Great host allowing us to arrive early and a beautiful bottle of wine on arrival!! Easy off the road entry. Good and prompt communication. Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and great place to base ourselves for seeing the area.

Very central, but quiet location. Lovely present of a bottle of wine and beer. Big bathroom. Cleanliness. Washing machine and dishwasher, though drying clothes was not easy. Helpful host who responded immediately to all requests. Stresa itself is a lovely little town, with great bars and restaurants near the accommodation.
We did not expect a sofa bed (maybe our fault) and in fairness it was more comfortable than most (though noisy when you moved in bed). Unless we closed blinds and outer door, we didn’t feel it was very private.
