De ligging en het appartementje zelf ook.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect alleen verbleven wij er tijdens een hittegolf. Het appartement was vrij koel maar aan het eind van de week was het binnen ook heel warm en misten wij de airco.

The location is perfect. Accessible to the water, the restaurants, the ferry and yet a quiet street steps to the center. The apartment is lovely and renovated. And it is so well appointed either way silverware, cookware and SCISSORS!! We appreciated the plastic wash tub and drying rack for washing clothes. Rooms are ample space and so nicely decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. And to top it all, Francesca, our host was so incredibly thoughtful, responsive and went out of her way to accommodate our needs regarding restaurants, taxis… We LOVED everything about the apartment and our hostess which made our stay in this lovely town so enjoyable.

Location

No blind on the toilet window

The location is central and easy to walk to everything in Stresa as well as the beach. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen supplies. Francesca was a good communicator. The overall value of the apartment was good.

The towels and bedding smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower was tiny. Most of the decor seemed to be from IKEA (or similar). Finding Parking nearby was challenging. It was very hot in the apartment. They had a fan but it was very very hot with almost no moving air.
