Large apartment by the lake.
The location is wonderful. Has a decent garden. The apartment is large. Has it's own heating system.
The mattresses were too soft for my taste, and one bed had a few slates broken No microwave oven. The garage way is pretty tight, could be difficult to access with a large car. Only one tablet for the dishwasher was left.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt am See und Blick auf die Berge. Die dicht befahrene Straße vorm Haus nevt am Anfang etwas, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran und Nachts eird es ruhig.

Uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet alles, was man als Familie benötigt (wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind). Die Ausstattung ist modern, gepflegt und wirkt sehr neuwertig. Die Räume sind großzügig, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Mailand, Brescia und Bergamo. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Parkplätze gibt es entweder direkt vor dem Haus oder auf einem großen, öffentlichen und überwachten Parkplatz gegenüber – sehr praktisch! Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Mit einem grösseren Auto ist die Ausfahrt sehr problematisch, da man rückwärts auf eine stark befahrene Strasse fahren muss.

Ok, aber ausbaufähig
Die Unterkunft ist nah am See gelegen, ausreichend groß mit schönem Seeblick. Es gab überall Fliegengitter und die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider liegt die Unterkunft an einer Durchgangsstraße, auf der dauernd Autos oder Lastwagen fahren. Daher war es sehr laut, besonders wenn man draußen sitzt. Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und wir haben jeden Schritt und jedes Wort der Vermieter gehört. Es war dadurch sehr laut, teilweise bis 1:00 Uhr nachts, wodurch wir nicht gut geschlafen haben. Das WLAN ist nicht stabil und es gibt in dem Haus, obwohl es für 6 Personen vermietet wird am Tisch nur 5 Stühle und das meiste Geschirr auch nur 5x. Das Haus wirkt noch nicht fertig ausgestattet (es fehlen z. B. Lampenschirme). Die Waschmaschine wird mit dem Vermietern geteilt und war daher manchmal belegt, wenn wir waschen wollten.

Прекрасное расположение! Апартаменты просторные и чистые! Имеется терраса, где можно утром и вечером пить кофе глядя на великолепное озеро! Хозяин живет этажом выше! Очень любезен, предоставил нам место для парковки и позволил задержаться с выездом без доплаты, в связи с переносом нашего рейса самолета, ща что огромная ему благодарность! Кухня хорошо оснащена, все нужное имеется! А также есть лед , если вы ушиблись , аптечка и огнетушитель! Уже хотим вернутся снова! :)
Я бы добавила полотенец для ног в каждую душевую, не хватает крючков для одежды и полотенец в душевой. А также чтобы было несколько удлинителей для зарядки гаджетов. Плюс не хватает светильников около кроватей в каждой спальне. Надеюсь хозяин их добавит🙏 также, нужно каждому отдельный пододеяльник для сна на большие кровати. В остальном все замечательно!!!
