The localisation is great. The view and the space of the apartment. Good communication with the owner who let us check in earlier. The air condition is working very well. The apartment is bright and spacious and the wall with the stones makes you feel the history of the place.

There are some slight things to improve which are not that challenging but can be very useful. There was no iron or hairdryer in the apartment although in the specification both were listed. The moka pot was impossible to use - it was completely dirty and probably burnt and no one cleaned it afterwards. I tried to clean it and made coffee but it was totally smelling with the smoke. There was only one toilet paper, no other cosmetics apart from soap. The torn sofa, which was mentioned in few opinions, has not been replaced but covered with blanket. The door in the toilet does not close. So really few things that make you feel better and which show that you’re welcomed.

Ottima posizione, ottima ventilazione della camera (nonostante fuori fosse caldo, la temperatura interna era ottima), doccia e letto molto grandi e comodi.

Poca comunicazione con la proprietaria, che comunque è stata molto gentile nel farci fare check in in anticipo. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di utilizzare la spa, ma non abbiamo mai avuto risposta. Abbiamo poi visto che non era in funzione.

Appartamento moderno ben rifinito e molto pulito, accessoriato di tutto. Proprietari gentili, Posizione centralissima e vista lago. Ottima soluzione per visitare Lovere. Lo consiglierei fortemente.

The only real positives are the convenient location and the nice view from the window and balcony.

The apartment is very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The walls are worn, the furniture looks tired, mattresses are uncomfortable. Basic essentials are lacking — only three forks for four guests, no kitchen sponge even, and the fridge is tiny with just two shelves and no freezer. The gas stove has two burners, but only one is usable. There is minimal kitchenware. The washing machine is not in the apartment but in a shared corridor, used by all rooms, and it's constantly occupied. There are also hidden extra charges — €15 per day for parking and €10 per person for the sauna.
