Property is abit difficult to find, that might be me not being used to Italy flat layouts. Google maps does drop you in the general direction.

Overall, a disappointing experience, especially for the price.

The only real positives are the convenient location and the nice view from the window and balcony.

The apartment is very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The walls are worn, the furniture looks tired, mattresses are uncomfortable. Basic essentials are lacking — only three forks for four guests, no kitchen sponge even, and the fridge is tiny with just two shelves and no freezer. The gas stove has two burners, but only one is usable. There is minimal kitchenware. The washing machine is not in the apartment but in a shared corridor, used by all rooms, and it's constantly occupied. There are also hidden extra charges — €15 per day for parking and €10 per person for the sauna.

Stunning Lake Views, Stylish Rooms, and Perfect Central Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Casa del Porto! The view of the lake from the room was simply stunning—waking up to that scenery was a dream. The room itself was beautifully designed, with stylish decor and thoughtful details that made it feel both cozy and elegant. The location was perfect, just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. Whether you want to explore or just relax by the lake, this is the ideal place. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return!

Spacious place in superb location that will make you mad with its apsurdal impracticality.

Good things first - location is fantastic, an old italian builiding, first line to the lake. Our apartmant faced the lake and central square, had a balcony. Place is spacious and clean, designed with style, might be much more convenient tough.

The owner: somewhere beetwen negative from the beginig, cold, not even trying to act nice and be helpful. Zero point zero information, recommendations or any interaction with own guests. We reserved object because of the sauna in the first place, which she did not even mention. When I asked she openly unwiliingly led us to sauna (same floor, different place) and just said that is extra paid 10 € / person (thats ok with us) But the sauna itself is not really hot - maybe around 50 celcius (not a sauna then to be clear) but the reason for that is that very uniqe style and experience you are suppose to have - sauna is partially under old brick wall/ceililng. So yeah - it is kind of fancy but it completely does not work if you consider the goal of it. No to mention that I needed to text her from another mobile as our communication through booking chat just stopped in the moment we were given the keys. Btw, we came there as 2 friends, males. The owner did not ask are we going to share one bed or shall we prepare living room couch for sleeping. So we did it ourselves, searching wardrobes for additional sheets and so on. The aparmant: it seems very cozy at first sight. However you quickly realize that the 'style' here was way more important than practical stuff. No AC socket close to the bed in bedroom, only one socket near the kitchen table (you either use a lamp, microwave or charge yor phone). No tea-pot - neither electrical / classic one. Only one normal pot - very high one, for cooking pasta and that's all. No detergent to wash the dishes. The bar seats that one can hardly sit on without sliding down - kind of bad angle and uncomfortable. The same with the couch - looks nice but has anyone tried to sit on it to check before buying ?

Beautiful, stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment. I had booked a studio but was upgraded/allocated an apartment. I was overnighting on Lake Iseo on my way home to France from Greece (via Ancona). I had heard about Iseo and wanted to preview the area ahead of a possible future and lengthier visit. I arrived after dark and left after breakfast. Initially I was looking to stay in Iseo but am delighted I chose Lovere instead. This way I saw more of the lake. The accommodation is central and overlooks the lake. Breakfast was taken in a nearby hotel/restaurant and although only 5 euros I thought it disappointing. Many items were presented in plastic wrappers which is never a good sign to me. In hindsight I should have just gone to a café of my own choice. The accommodation host was really lovely, but I'm not convinced she always understood my English. No matter, I later clarified a couple of things by message to which she responded instantly. I would 100% return to this accommodation.

Gut geeignet für die Durchreise um voll in italienisches Flair einzutauchen.

Wir hatten das große Appartment 60 qm. Sehr großzügig und hell mit Blick auf den See. Viel Stauraum in beleuchteten Schränken. Im zur Rückseite liegenden Schlafzimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Nach vorne raus ist es natürlich sehr laut. Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße am Marktplatz über einem Lokal. Gegenüber ist der Fähranleger. Die Bausubstanz ist sehr gut. Schöne helle Holzbalkendecke.Der Balkon ist nett, man kann das lebhafte Treiben beobachten. Wir waren am Samstag den 20.9. da und es war leider kein Markt.

Bett sehr weich mit ne gemütlich, aber nicht geeignet für sehr schwere Personen. Bei uns zwei mal 105 kg hat der Lattenrost Sprossen verloren. Es sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten defekt, wie ein Schrankgriff und ein Haken am Rollo und es fehlen Toilettenartikel und Kaffee zur Begrüßung. Es war zwar alles sauber aber etwas lieblos, was sehr schade ist, da die Grundausstattung sehr edel ist. Es gibt auch keine Infomaterialien etc. Der Aufzug beginnt erst im ersten Stock also muss man ein Stockwerk die Sachen hochtragen. Das ist aber nur für gehandicapte Personen wichtig.

La posizione è incantevole. Proprio nella piazza centrale di Lovere. Un balcone con vista lago magnifico. L'appartamento è ben arredato, con tutto il necessario e ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.
