The access is easy, the parking place just in front of the cottage is super easy!

Nice space with 2 double bedrooms. Clean and well presented. Convenient location, close to York park & ride. Enclosed garden & pet friendly.
Had problems finding it as sat nav didn’t recognise the address. It is actually situated within a caravan site and cafe location that is easily spotted from the main road when you know, but there was no info about this in the directions.

Highchair and cot not provided when asked for ahead of time, however this was resolved on site

Good location. Nice kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
Sofa beds - impossible to sleep on, uncomfortable and broken. I had to ring to get the lockbox code and check in details and it was suggested they had emailed me several times and that I provided the wrong email address (not the case - my email address is clearly linked to my booking.com account). Cottage is located next to a toilet block and there was a terrible smell when sitting out in the garden.
