Good location and clean.
I felt property was very money grabbing. There are extra charges for early check-in (even 30 minutes), late check-out and even handling forgotten items! They also require a 300 euro deposit or a non-refundable fee, which feels excessive! These details did offset the positive aspects of the apartment. They did not provide tea towels, should that be a deduction to our charges? Also a very complicated check in process.

La localisation
La système d’accès à l’appartement nécessite un smart phone pour tous ceux qui souhaitent y accéder. Plus de batterie en fin de journée ? Plus d’accès à l’appartement. De plus, j’a dû avoir accès à la plateforme qui gère les accès car ma fille était malade devant la porte et je n’arrivai pas à ouvrir. Le coup de fil a duré plus de 5’ parce que le correspondant exigeait un numéro non présent sur la réservation. On peut ajouter à cela la nécessité de contacter le service de location parce que le ballon d’eau chaude ne fonctionnait plus et le fait que les photos de l’appartement sont trompeuses (l’appartement ne donne pas sur des plantes mais sur une puits de lumière au bas duquel se trouve une brasserie = bruits et odeurs de cuisine)
