El aire acondicionado solo estaba en la sala asi q acabamos todos durmiendo en la sala porq en Madrid hace mucho calor. Cogimos la sabana y en el suelo.

La ubicación y el apartamento perfecto.
La atención al usuario es peor que pésima. El día que marchábamos, dejamos las maletas dentro del apartamento para ir a desayunar. Al volver, antes de la hora en que se tiene que dejar el apartamento, el código para abrir la puerta no funcionaba. Al intentar ponernos en contacto por la vía que te proporcionan, telefónica, WhatsApp, mail, no se recibió respuesta alguna, ni en ese momento, que fue el 1 de noviembre, ni ahora que estamos a 15 de diciembre. Si no llega a ser por el chico que casualmente llegaba para hacer la limpieza, no hubiéramos podido recoger las maletas. Si se tiene un negocio que menos que ser capaces de atenderlo, que no solo se trata de facturar...
