Muito bem localizada no centro de Madri, apartamento confortável, bem decorado, com elevador, com um preço ótimo.
A limpeza do banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar, havia pelos de outras hospedes e na parte de tomar banho, estava com as paredes e chão com sujeira encrustada. E só há um ar condicionado na sala, não há em nenhum dos quartos.

El aire acondicionado solo estaba en la sala asi q acabamos todos durmiendo en la sala porq en Madrid hace mucho calor. Cogimos la sabana y en el suelo.

Cuando llegamos al portal, no nos habían mandado el link para abrir el portal y poder acceder. Llamamos en repetidas ocasiones es y no kos cogió nadie el teléfono. Eran las 12 de la noche. A la 1.35 de la mañana conseguimos que un vecino nos abriera la puerta del portal. A la mañana seguimos sin poder contactar con ellos y mediante un mensaje de IA se nos envió el link. Solicitamos devolución, ya que el servicio de atención a sido nefasto. Incluyo pantallazo para comprobación. Tampoco habia enchufes en las habitaciones.
