All the instructions were shared via a Google Drive link which had videos which made life a lot easier; however, I would still appreciate it if there was at least one staff member present in person at the premises to address the queries and concerns of the guest. The correspondence was good via the booking app chat to compensate for that absence.
The elevator was out of order, and my apartment was on the 1st floor. I had a lot of luggage with me, so carrying it through the stairs during the check-in and checkout was a workout in itself. Would appreciate at least one staff member to be present in the hotel at all times.

Comfortable bed, big room, washing machine, fridge, kitchenette, kitchen cutlery and dishes, microwave all provided. Clean and big shower/toilet. TV in room.
Heating kept self turning off during night and most of day time, Despite requesting staff to turn it on. So the room was cold sometimes. The door lock code is too long and lobby lights keep switch off quickly, making it difficult to enter code.

Good parking, decent facilities, close to shops, friendly staff, clean rooms
A bit noisy in rooms facing the main road and traffic lights. Could do with better blinds or the addition of curtains
