Standard Double Studio with WiFi, Parking & Netflix near Town Centre

The double suite was roomy and even though the building is quite old, it was charming. Plenty of parking, and a lift.

Having to call "reception" to get any room cleaning, clean towels etc. Lack of wardrobe space in the single room and I had to purchase coat hangers. In the first stay the communication was quite poor (I was given the building and room pass etc and information on parking, but little else). The 2nd stay was much better, room was better appointed with space Overall the place was well situated in Dudley and the rate was very good.

Room was comfortable, staff were kind and efficient .. everything was as expected and good value for money!

Hotel was on the edge of a major traffic circle and police sirens were rather noisy.

Location was ideal as we visited the black country living museum and the dudley zoo, Cannot wait to return

Room was right on the main road which was slightly loud but once we was asleep it didn't matter, didn't affect our stay at all

Walls are too thin, could hear everything from rooms either side and upstairs.
