Never again.
It was great not staying here in the end, found some place nicer -- try the Copthorne hotel.
Expected invasive post-pay form that took full identity, including handing over full card details in an insecure fashion. Not acceptable.

Nice cozy little room
After reading some of the reviews I was a it hesitant after booking however everyone has their own opinion, on my visit the shared kitchen was clean and tidy, the room was clean and warm as the heating was on before our arrival which was a nice touch, the building was quiet didn't hear any noise from other guests, the security to get into the premises and your room is very high tech keyless entry system, overall it was a nice place to stay and the price was decent aswell
The mattress could do with being replaced as the springs could be felt and it hurt my lower back but other than that I was able to sleep well the TV wasn't finding any channels I tried to retune a few times but this wasn't an issue as TV wasn't required by the time we got back to the room

We liked none of it. it is made to look nice but in reality it looks shit. I wish i could give it zero but thats not possible
My stay was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The room and shared areas were unhygienic: dirty kitchen with unwashed cutlery and cups, stained carpets, bins not emptied, mouldy food left in the walkway, and a broken toilet brush. The TV also barely worked. Most serious of all, I woke up on several mornings covered in itchy, inflamed bites, suggesting a bed bug or pest infestation. This made the stay unbearable and raised serious health concerns. To make matters worse, a £100 “deposit” was only disclosed after booking. It was then reduced to £30 on the condition that I leave a positive review. I only agreed because I had no alternative accommodation. I have both photographic and written evidence of these issues. The experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
