The first outbuilding is a cozy guesthouse with a wonderful view, which we call Vila Ubud. It has a living room with a lounge bed and minibar, a guest bathroom, a bedroom (Mont Batur) with 2 single box beds (with spring mattresses) that can be joined to form a Queen bed. The box also has an extra bed. A Suite (Tirta Empul) with the same bed configuration. All rooms have air conditioning and fans. Next, we have our games room (OverClub), with pub-style decor and equipped with a semi-professional pool table with a reversible top for foosball or table football, tamancoball, backgammon, and various board games. The space also features a retro refrigerator and a sink for preparing drinks. (NOT A KIDS' AREA!) The main house has a Master Suite (Uluwatu) with a Queen bed, fireplace, and a living room with a smart TV. Family Suite (Nusa Dua) ​​with a Queen bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds, fans, and air conditioning. 3rd Suite (Pandawa) with 2 single box beds (with spring mattresses) that can be joined to form 1 Queen bed. In this building, you will also find a steam sauna and an external suite (Tanah Lot) with 2 single box beds (with spring mattresses) that can be joined to form 1 queen bed. The room also includes 1 extra bed, air conditioning, and a TV. Enjoy our beautiful infinity pool, surrounded by charming landscaped gardens with automatic lighting. We provide bed linens, bath towels (including pool towels), quality pillows, glasses, wine glasses, sparkling wine and gin glasses, plates, cutlery, and serving dishes. For sports enthusiasts, we have a grassy field ideal for family sports activities. And our gym (OverGym) will help you stay in shape even during your vacation (leave it as you found it). Additionally, you'll find fruit trees throughout the property where you can pick seasonal fruits. For the adventurous, there's a hill in front of the property, and you can climb a path that passes by our small lake, where there's a natural shower of water from the stream that runs through the property.
