House with high-standard decoration designed for short or long stays, containing 2250 m2 of land, with 1000 m2 of built area and 60 meters of beachfront. Deck for up to 3 boats. Structure for up to 16 adults or 22 including children. House located 20 km from the center of Angra and 5 km from the Bracui Condominium, a very quiet and peaceful condominium.
A maid and caretaker must be hired at a daily rate of R$200 each; electricity and water consumption are charged separately and calculated at checkout.

Housekeeper: R$ 200 to 300 per day. Keeps the house clean and organized and performs maid service. Cook (optional): R$ 300 to 400 per day. Prepares meals. Kitchen helper (optional): R$ 200 per day. Assists the cook.
