Welcome in our vacation house Rio Pequeno Paraty
The comforable, luxury vacation rental house in Paraty, Brazil is located in the national park "Serra da Bocaina" in the middle of the rain forest "Mata Atlantica" with his magic nature. The house offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The welcoming house is near a small mountain river that offers bath opportunities and a wonderful and encredible panorama view (one of the most beauty in Paraty) to the surrounded mountains, the coast and the ocean.
You are invited to swim in our huge swimming-pool, enjoy the panoramo or just relax by drinking a cool tropical fruit juice or a caipirinha. A bar and a whirlpool is integrated part of the swimming pool.
The holiday house in Paraty offers plenty space with its 64 qm luxury living room and the integrated american citchen. Also the house is offering a separated 2. kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped. Complete with full size refrigerator Side by Side with spending water and ice, a second big horizontal freezer ( which can be even used as a fride )dishwasher, toaster, microwave and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, cookware and utensils..
In the living room there is an professional sound system with TV LCD 47¨,DVD The house is equipped with 10 air-conditions.
Although the house has 7 bedrooms. All of them have a private bathroom and 6 have television. 3 of them have a whirlpool. Each bedroom has double beds, and 5 of the bedrooms have additional sleeping-couch. One bedroom has beds for up to 12 people.All of them have veranda with mountain and ocean view.The house provides very confortable sleeping accommodations for 12 people. But there are beds for 34 people.
There is a covered terrace with a barbeque.

Comemorei meu aniversário com a família. Dias memoráveis e inesquecíveis. Não tivemos nenhum problema em relação o acesso ao imóvel. Ressalto também o carinho e a eficiência das funcionárias Célia e Maria que nos ajudou com muito carinho e presteza. Obrigada ao casal Michelle e Michel. Com certeza voltaremos.

A casa é nota 10, vista incrível, tudo funcionando, camas excelentes e muitos utensílios para nosso uso, mas isso é o que esperávamos vendo as fotos, o que completou a experiência foi ter os administradores extremamente atenciosos, foram super claros com as informaçōes em geral e fizeram de tudo para a temporada ser agradável.

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, e ao vivo a vista consegue ser ainda mais impressionante. O imóvel é muito bem equipado e nada faltou durante a estadia. A Michelle e o Michel estiveram sempre de prontidão e foram perfeitos com o atendimento durante toda a estadia.
O maior porém fica a respeito do acesso à propriedade, são 3km de estrada de terra em péssimas condições e 200m de uma subida bem íngreme e estreita, em dias chuvosos como o que pegamos tivemos problemas com dois dos 3 carros para fazer a subida. Isso é algo que deveria ser descrito com destaque no anúncio, uma vez que pessoas inexperientes ou carros menos potentes terão dificuldade no acesso ao local. Uma outra questão desagradável, é a grande quantidade de insetos devido a localização da casa em meio a mata, e como as esquadrias são em blindex, fica difícil isolar os insetos do lado de fora, repelente é indispensável. Porém este é um problema que seria facilmente resolvido com a instalação de telas anti insetos em todas as portas e janelas.
Apesar de desagradáveis esses problemas são compensados pelas ótimas instalações e pela vista deslumbrante do local. Só acho que seria mais correto e honesto que essas coisas fossem citadas no anúncio para que as pessoas não sejam pegas de surpresa.

A casa e boa ,porém o Sr Holger fica o tempo todo vigiando os hóspedes,faz questão de tudo e Cobrar tudo é mais um pouco,sendo 100% mercenário e quando é a obrigação dele de deixar a casa limpa ,roupas que estão não cama limpa ,churrasqueira limpa ,fogão em condições de ser usado ,banheira com a hidro funcionando e a tv da sala e de um dos quartos funcionando ele simplesmente arruma sempre desculpas!!Fica a dica quer cobrar tem que está certo!!
Se quem for se hospedar e quiser dormi o dia todo e muito bom ,mas se quiser ouvir uma música vai ter que ficar o tempo todo com o proprietário reclamando ,mesmo com o som baixo!!
