Never stay here - it is terrible.

Location was good. Flat was spacious.

The host has lied regularly about the flat by using photos of a flat with a large outdoor patio in the booking then only giving you one without the patio. Took 3 emails sent over 3 consecutive days to get the details of the wifi network. A/C does not work well in either of the two flats I tried. Coffee cups but nothing to make it with. No bowls. No weekly sheet change.

The place was good over all but for the impolite concierge on Oct 2.

Location. The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful. The service maids at the property were very helpful.

The concierge on Oct 2 was very impolite and totally unwilling to help. She was not willing to communicate and was arrogant.

Excelente ubicación! Lo recomiendo mucho. Es grande y bonito además a sólo dos calle de la playa de Copacabana. Solo estuvimos un noche pero me encantaría haber estado más tiempo. Perfecto para grupos grandes

Tudo. Cozinha com os utensílios básicos necessários. Ar condicionado em todos os ambientes e o terraço com muito sol e vista para montanhas e lateral para o mar de Copacabana.

Por ser um prédio antigo o elevador é lento e para quem tem claustrofobia é um pouco desconfortável.

Problema Constante de FALTA DE ENERGIA.

Terraço e Localização, PORÉM, APRESENTOU PROBLEMAS CONSTANTE DE FALTA DE ENERGIA.

O apartamento (10° andar que compõe o Roxy) composto por 8 apartamentos, apresentou problemas crônicos de falta de energia, nossa reserva foi para 7 noites, as 4 primeiras diárias houve falta de energia constante somente no 10° andar, o qual eles são responsáveis, no restante do prédio e bairro estava normal. Os proprietários tentaram transferir a culpa para a Cia de Energia, mas o problema era interno, provavelmente por fiação antiga. Este problema nos deixou noites sem energia e ar condicionado, estragou produtos que estavam na geladeira. Entretanto, já estávamos 4 dias com faltas constantes de energia e eles sem encontrar solução, o que nos causou um grande transtorno, até chegar ao extremo de solicitarmos nosso valor pago de volta para buscarmos outra hospedagem.

Uniquement l’emplacement et la terrasse

L’appartement n’était pas propre quand nous sommes arrivés, eau marron dans l’une des douche et cafards.. Il n’est pas du tout équipé surtout pour un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes et aucun équipements de ménage fournit. De plus la propriétaire a insisté pour nous prendre une caution de 1000rs en dollars cash pour le ménage, elle nous relançait chaque jour alors que ce n’était pas dans le contrat sur booking. Avec le strict minimum fournit nous ne pouvions même pas cuisiner…

Excelente ubicación…. Reservamos dos dptos y estuvimos muy cómodos y a gusto. La atención muy buena y muy dispuesto a solucionar cualquier cuestión que se presenta.
