Geweldige locatie en heel ruim appartement

Sommige bedden waren heel erg hard

Buena ubicación, espacioso para grandes grupos, habitaciones grandes y tiene 2 baños.

Lamentablemente apenas llegamos hubo problemas con el internet, no había señal y por lo mismo tampoco pudimos ver TV, avisamos y trataron de gestionar el arreglo, pero recién podía ir un técnico el mismo día que dejábamos el Depto. El último día el agua caliente de 1 de los baños falló. Por último, te cobran una garantía de 1.000 reales, que si bien la devuelven, se demoran aprox 8 días hábiles en hacerlo.

Localização, internet ruim e tv não pegou.

1 quarto não tem ar-condicionado e cozinha faltando utensílios básicos, a exemplo uma garrafa térmica

Excellent location, reception cover 24 hr. Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception.

Should have had 3 bathrooms, instead only 2. Although there were only 6 staying not all were couples so we had to move beds into the living area. Kitchen equipment, drawers were filthy and cupboards smelled of damp. Dated tired and grubby furniture. We lost power in 2 bathrooms and one bedroom for 24 hours and had no contact to tell us how to reset the trip switch. From the time of booking, months ago, I reached out several times asking if more info on number of people staying, names etc were needed and I was only contacted the day before we were due to arrive looking for passport details for everyone and the deposit.
