Nice apartment, let down slightly by disorganised sevice

Having a small kitchen and sitting area

Check in took ages. We were unable to arrange for fresh towels to be delivered because each unit is administered by different owners.

Average property - malfunctioning key very inconvenient

The door key repeatedly did not work. I was fobbed off multiple times and despite 7 attempts by maintenance during the visit, it still wasn’t functioning properly. Highly inconvenient. Overall standard of property not as good as the pics and commentary suggest.

HORROR NIGHTMARE

Nothing very very very bad service i waited more then 2 hours for check in. They couldnt find my reservation When i made reservation you not finish yet when you arrive you have to do tooo many things before you can go inside have to give a lot of information about yourself, pictures photos of all documents fill in too many info at internet. They dont help you only what they can say is talk with host we cannot help you. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Well-located and equipped - good-value option in Ipanema

Great location, good communication - resolving quickly a couple of minor problems, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. Great views over hillside and nearby favela with kites flying in the evening.

The sofa could be changed - the structure kept slipping into sofabed position while we were seated on it. General maintenance freshen-up perhaps needed soon (paint, curtains).

Everything. Apartment was very well equiped, with everything you would need for a week in Rio. Wonderful location, with beach 3 blocks away and a 24 hs supermarket just 2 blocks away. Excelent security and accessibility in such a wild city as Rio. Definetly coming back!

Great location, lovely apartment.

Location was great as it was close to both Ipanema and Copacabana. Property felt safe with face entry and security. Staff were really nice and gave us lots of recommendations on what to see or where to eat. Gym was small but was fine for the holiday. Place was comfy and air con was good. Property had a little self paying shop which was handy for water and toiletries.

Sauna wasn’t very hot but nice. Laundry took a little bit of time to figure out but the staff helped us and that was great. We put a tag on the door to have our room cleaned but our bed was only made once during our one week stay. Would have been nice if the place was hoovered as there was some sand about. Also some more toiletries would have been nice for a week.

No sirvieron los aires acondicionados, no hicieron nada al respecto. Se contrato el departamento con climas y no sirvieron. Uno de los motivos por el que se rento el departamento es por el aire acondicionado y no sirven

Buena opción, amplio, cómodo, con detalles por mejorar.

Destaco la amabilidad del staff de recepción del edificio y de Lohana de Allogio.

No había pava/tetera eléctrica como decía en la descripción. Dijeron que lo tendrían en cuenta para futuras estadías. En cuanto a la limpieza, no se notaba muy exhaustiva al entrar. Se escucha el aire acondicionado del vecino, puede molestar si tenés sueño liviano.

Excelente departamento a metros de la playa.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones son muy limpias, el personal al llegar nos atendió muy amablemente, un plus es que tienen 24/7 una cafetería y es self service.

Nos hubiese gustado tener dos llaves para el departamento, solo nos entregaron una.

Boa cama, bom chuveiro, bem decorado. A sacada é um diferencial. Cozinha bem equipada. Localização ótima.

Buraco do ar condicionado passa muinto vento, e bem em cima de onde a gente fica (cama e sofá). Sugiro que o proprietário tape melhor o buraco.

A localizacao é perfeita e o apartamento tem um espaço otimo, muito confortavel para passar a semana. Cozinha com o necessario, cafeteira, sanduicheira, utensilios. E o mais legal é que sao muito acessiveis no atendimento ao cliente e resolucao de problemas.

Pouquissimas coisas merecem reparo. A cortina do quarto por exemplo esta caindo, entao a gente nao conseguia fechar pra ficar totalmente escuro. As toalhas e roupa de cama so sao trocadas a cada 7 dias, o que eu so fiquei sabendo quando cheguei la. Achei ruim para cidade de praia. Mas ate isso me atenderam muito bem e me mandaram um enxoval novo na metade da estadia.
