Localização excepcional, lindo nascer do sol. Feira a 100 metros. Supermercado, farmácia e uma maravilhosa loja que vende Havaianas, tudo a menos de 150m. O apartamento é um pouco apertado para 4 pessoas mas nos dias de hoje se viaja com pouca bagagem.
Os corredores do prédio estão bem degradados, entretanto começaram uma reforma do edifício, deve melhorar muito.

Die Lage und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Uns wurde sofort geholfen, als wir die Sauberkeit des Bettzeugs bemängelt haben.
Die Bodenfliesen waren teilweise gebrochen, der Ausblick war nicht schön, das Gebäude ansich war einfach und für mich im ersten Augenblick etwas gruselig. Im Bad gab es etwas Schimmel und Haare. Die Dekokissen waren schmutzig. Die neue Bettwäsche schien gerade neu gekauft. Was im Grunde sauber ist aber entsprechend nicht frisch wirkt.
