El apartamento es muy cómodo cuenta con todo lo que un visitante necesita. Se encuentra perfectamente limpio y cuenta con una cocina muy completa y cómodos dormitorios. Tiene seguridad 24hs y eso te da mucha tranquilidad además de la excelente ubicación. Sumamente recomendable! Muy agradecidos !

Apartamento mega silencioso, vizinhos tranquilos, localização ótima, fiquei super bem acomodado e seguro.
Houve uma reforma e um dos quartos estava com poeira.

Tiene buena ubicación ya que esta a una cuadra de la playa y dos cuadras del metro canta gallo
Es un edificio antiguo con mal olor, al parecer no se hace aseo. El departamento tiene uno dormitorio que no tiene ventilación y tiene la lavadora adentro. A uno de los dormitorios se le filtra el agua lluvia por el ducto del aire acondicionado. en la cocina tiene un alargador para enchufar hervidor, tostadora, juguera, etc, el cual hace corte y se calienta. todo esto se lo hice saber al dueño y no obtuve respuesta.
