Disappointment with the room almost ended my trip

The only thing that really made up for all the discomfort was the location.

I felt pressured and deceived, firstly after you make the reservation on booking, someone contacts you saying that you have only 24 hours to decide whether to keep the room and you still need to make a 50% deposit, but this deposit is not refunded if you give up the accommodation, later I received photos of the possible location, the photos are attractive and make you think that the place is of good quality. When you arrive at the place, you are faced with an unbelievably bad situation, furniture torn and smelling of dirt, damaged furniture, dirty walls, it has nothing to do with the photos shown on the site or sent by the person, not to mention that there is a serious risk of gas poisoning, as the stove is in very poor condition and handling is bad, twice we had problems with gas leaks. the windows are dirty so, badly sanitized as well as the cupboards, cockroaches roam the house... I have pictures of all these things... I was extremely disappointed. I have doubts if the compliments here on the site are real or fake...

They are a wonderful team. The apartment is located 1 block from the Copacabana beach, it has the best Wi-Fi and all services including a kitchen. The security of the building is 24 hours. Honestly, the experience was amazing, and the hosts were always aware of us, especially Eduardo :)

Great place to stay

The apartment is very well located,very close to the beach and one of the most famous samba bars of Rio de Janeiro,the place is very safe and the staff was extremely friendly. The place has a fridge and a cooking top which makes your life very easy to a fast meal before hit the road. The cost benefits are amazing.

The shower room is dated but works fine, and the air-conditioning is not very efficient but helps in the extreme hot days.

The location is good.

Everything in the apartment was old and dirty. The coach in the room damaged so bad that you can not even sit on it. I think the owner must change the coach as soon as possible. Also in the kitchen all the equipments are so dirty and old. So I had to clean everything first, in addition there was a bad smell from the bath.. unfortunately only good thing was to be close to the beach in Copacabana..

The location is top, just one block from the Copacabana beach. In the area many shops and cafes. The apartment is clean and cozy. For Rio I think it's very good value for this money. Eduardo - the guy who helped us with check in is very friendly and helpful. If you're traveling with a group of friends - I recommend this property.

We were in apartment 501 The place is beautiful and very close to Copacabana The area is safe and you can leave your car on the street The host Daniel was friendly and helped us out with some information The area has restaurants and shopping centers nearby and its prices are acceptable

The house is old Cleanliness is not good Sink - bathroom sink - door handle - door lock - all broken or almost broken Chairs, sofa, beds, all dirty One air conditioner is working and the second is broken and not present The bathroom door cannot be locked and moved difficult while it is in the bedroom! ASQUEROSO DEPARTAMENTO, ES UNA PESADILLA QUEDARSE AHÍ, NOLO HAGA!!!!!

Esta cerca de la playa nada mas que eso

Asqueroso todo, olor a orina, no habia agua caliente, todo es antiguo y super usado, sillon con hongos, cortinas con hongos, el wifi que tenia no funcionaba jamás, camas viejas, colchones asquerosos que se le salian los resortes, refrigerador oxidado y con mas hongos, fue terrible nuestra experiencia le hablé al anfitrión no dio solución, no llevaba ni 24 horas y quería descontarme 2 días, me cambio un joven de habitación que era mas pequeña que la que pague y no me quiso devolver nada de dinero y me dejo de reaponder los mensajes el Sr anfitrion del asqueroso departamento, no pude irme por que estaba todo lleno en plena temporada de verano y carnaval, no tuve mas opcion que quedarme, durmiendo casi encima de mi ropa para no tocar sus sabanas, dormimos pésimo, el anfitrion jamás apareció y solo mandaba a un joven hablar cnmigo pero me contaban que la gente que llega ahí siempre le pasa lo mismo y termina saliendo antes de que termine su estadía, es insalubre todo, por 3 noches pagamos una habitación con 2 dormitorios 2 camas matrimoniales y al llegar no era así, era una sola pieza con 2 camas matrimoniales por que el caballero tiene varios departamentos y pone todas las fotos juntas en booking y al momento de pagar ya que te cobra la mitad de inmediato por transferencia te manda la pieza que supuestamente pagaste y ya no tienes derecho a reclamo fue terrible mi estadía, el olor a desagüe y fecas se mantenia en la pieza fue asqueroso, PORFAVOR NO SE QUEDEN AHI JAMAS!! NO PIERDAN DINERO NI PASEN UN MAL RATO EN ESE LUGAR, hasta ahora jamás volvio a responderme los mensajes el anfitrión al contrario me echaba la culpa a mi de querer irme antes por eso no quiso devolverme ni un peso, las fotos que pude subir sin pocas para la esquerosidad que era ese departamento, parece de indigente, insalubre total.

En una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire, y el ventilador, y allá en Río el calor es insoportable, pasamos malas noches pero nos acomodamos bien, deberían solucionar esos puntos.

A localização é maravilhosa e o local é seguro. É perto de tudo, literalmente. O anfitrião responde rápido e nos ajudou muito. Voltando ao Rio, ficaria novamente na acomodação.

Apartamento aconchegante e tranquilo. Me fez sentir em casa.

Ambiente aconchegante, limpo, lençóis e mantas cheirosas, tudo organizado. Cozinha toda equipada. Localização boa. Facilidade de entrar e sair do prédio.

A porta de correr do banheiro está um pouco emperrada, mas nada que atrapalhe.

La ubicación del hotel queda a una cuadra de la playa y avenida donde encontras todo, lavandería , farmacia, supermercado etc, barrio tranquilo. Precion del agua para bañarse muy bien, tiene aire acondicionado, Recepción 24 hrs.

La habitación que nos tocó no es como en la imagen. Microondas sucio. Falta pava o jarra para calentar agua , tuvimos q utilizar una olla, el horno con telarañas. Cortinas sucias.

Precisa de manutenção

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, uma quadra da praia. O apartamento em si é espaçoso, tem ar condicionado, televisão e geladeira. Tem uma sanduicheira que nos ajudou mto no dia a dia. Chuveiro quente.

Infelizmente falta um pouco de zelo no apartamento, as cortinas estavam com mofo preto, o ar condicionado precisa de limpeza, o micro ondas esta estado deplorável, ventilador do teto empoeirado, sofá danificado. No banheiro não tem Box de vidro, tem uma cortina mofada e que fica caindo caso você pendure sua toalha nela. Não tem escova para limpar o vaso sanitário após o uso. O proprietário não ajudou no check-in e no check-out ficou apressando para saírmos.

Daniel é um ótimo anfitrião, sempre respondendo com clareza às nossas dúvidas. O apartamento é a uma rua da praia, local seguro. Comércio a menos de 5 minutos andando, seja padaria, mercado, farmácia, restaurante, bar... Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
