Great stay, friendly owner and perfect location

Convenient neighborhood and friendly contact with the owner. Apartment was great and bed was comfortable

I would say the bathroom was not clean. Towles hd a funky smell and sometimes i did not had any warm water. Only tip would be to invest in the bathroom

Paulino was a great host who responded to all of our questions very quickly. The location is fabulous, we visited during Carnival and it was the perfect spot to stay during the week!

Very pleasant stay. I would defiantly recommend.

Apartment was. Very big The owner was very very friendly and gave me advices when needed . So close to the Ipanema beach .. a few minutes only. Internet was good Early check in was possible

The apartment was even nicer and bigger than it shows in the pictures. By far the best place in my 6months stay in Rio. Also the neighbors and the security guy were very friendly. Thank you for everything!

it’s very centrally located and close to the beach

the apartment was not decorated like the pictures, the bathroom was very very simple and all the furniture is cheap. other than that, it was full of ants. for the price, not a good deal.

I think the AC is not working efficiently. Additionally, after turning it off, it makes annoying noises for long time.

Increíble todo!

Hermoso el departamento! Y la comunicación con el dueño un placer! La pasamos bárbaro! Nos había dejado hasta una botella de agua fría en la heladera. Todas las toallas y sábanas impecables. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto y nos permito dejar las valijas en portería luego de realizar el check out para aprovechar el día antes del avión de vuelta.

La ubicación es excelente. Una zona muy segura y tranquila. Bien comunicada y con un polo gastronómico que nos permitió elegir comidas.

No me gustó que no hubiera algún tipo de tender, o espacio destinado para tender ropa de la playa. Imagino que en temporada de verano, se debe complicar para contar con mallas secas. No vimos más que a la gente de la vigilancia, en cuanto al personal. No hubo trapo de piso en el departamento, y no supimos a quien debíamos pedirlo. No me avisaron al reservar que había un servicio, pago de limpieza. Lo vi en la puerta, 3 días antes de mi partida. Sería bueno tener 2 llaves para el ocupante del apartamento.

Logement très agréable et très bien placé.

Logement agréable, sécurisé, propre et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Entrée et sortie possible à toute heure, un gardien est toujours présent. Il y a la climatisation mais il est très bien ventilé. Très bien situé dans une rue calme proche de la plage et d'un commerce.

Quelques endroits un peu usés dans l'appartement. Bruits dans la cours intérieure génant pour dormir (grondement, climatisations ? ou autre moteur)

O apartamento tem tudo que você precisa para uma estadia de médio prazo. A localização do apto é perfeita, próximo à praia, supermercado, restaurantes, metrô etc. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e solícito quando precisei de ajuda. É minha escolha de hospedagem quando voltar ao RJ.
