Big Brother entry system for an amazing value for money accomodation
Great studio flat, quiet A/C, faultless keyless face recognition entry exit system.
Lapa is a very "lively" area of Rio and where locals and tourist come to dance Samba, mingle and drink!! This is good and bad as at night you need to be aware of surrounding. Had no problem what's ever.
The face recognition system took a little time to set up and you need data for it.
Also if you are against" big brother" be aware you need to scan documents and send picture of you to get in and out.

Impeccable, comfortable, and convenient.
It’s a modern apartment complex with all the necessary amenities. The staff were easy to communicate with and solved any issue immediately. The studio is very well decorated, clean and with more than enough space for 2 people. The staff were kind enough to allow us leave the luggage in a safe area within the complex after check-out (our flight was at 11pm). I’d definitely come back.

Great apartment!
Everything was spotless, it had all the necessary amenities and it also provides toiletries and repellent. The only thing I would suggest to the guests is asking which side is the AP located because mine was facing other buildings and a road which made it a bit noisy and no view whatsoever.

Review: Honest Take on Our Stay
We stayed at the superior studio on the street side.
While this apartment is offered at a good price, our overall experience left us quite disappointed, mainly due to location, atmosphere, and comfort.
Check-in Process
It would have been much more welcoming if the host had met us at the apartment to let us in personally. Instead, the check-in involved a complex online process that felt impersonal and unnecessarily complicated. A copy of the passport needs to be shared, not just shown, which might be normal these days, but also raises security issues.
Noise and Sleep Quality
The apartment is not well soundproofed — we heard a lot of car noises from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get proper rest.
View and Ambience
There is technically a balcony, but it overlooks an office street with high buildings and no charm or character. There are no windows with a (real) view or sunlight, which made the space feel closed in and disconnected from the outside world.
Location and Surroundings
The apartment is located in an office/business district, which lacks the vibrant, lively Brazilian atmosphere many travelers seek when visiting Rio. The area is empty at night with just cars passing through, and not very save. If you're looking to experience authentic Brazilian life — music, food, energy — this neighborhood may not be ideal. Getting to more exciting or culturally rich areas from here takes time (and money), which a better location saves you.
Interior and Design
The apartment is painted in very dark grey tones, and the interior design is equally somber. This gave the space a rather depressing feel, especially when combined with the lack of natural light.
Final Thoughts
While the price is attractive, you may be missing out on the essence of Rio by staying here. If experiencing the heart of Brazilian culture is important to you, I’d recommend choosing a place with a more vibrant atmosphere and better location.

We loved just about everything about this apartment - wonderful staff, very responsive, so helpful, THANK YOU SO MUCH! The apartment has a great view of the Arcos, large king bed, functional kitchen, nice shower. The location is very convenient to everything - historic downtown, museums, metro, Uber, eateries... All in all, great stay in Rio! The 2nd floor common area was very nice.
We wish there were dimmer lighting by the bedside, slightly easier check in process rather than the Kiper app. But the staff was so helpful so we were able to get in to the building by WhatsApp on the arrival day.

J’ai aimé la propreté de l’établissement et le sentiment de sécurité de l’immeuble. Le personnel était à l’écoute : chaque fois que je demandais quelque chose, je le recevais la journée même ! L’endroit est très bien entretenu et sécuritaire, y compris pour les voyageurs en solo. Le logement est très spacieux également. Il est situé à 5min au plus de Lapa !
Les assiettes, verres et les ustensiles sentent un peu le vécu. Sinon, généralement dans les logements avec hôte, il y a toujours une base d’ingrédients pour cuisiner, ce qui n’est pas le cas ici : il faut tout acheter, jusqu’au sel de table. Cela dit, ça ne devrait pas être un frein pour réserver ce logement.
Le quartier en soit n’est pas le plus sécuritaire selon moi, surtout quand on voyage en solo, mais comme partout, il faut simplement faire attention. Il ne m’est jamais rien arrivé, même lorsque je sortais la nuit.

Appartement très propre, immeuble très sécurisé et proposant de nombreux services (piscine, salle de sport, laverie, etc.), lit confortable
Le quartier est assez dangereux (il y avait un sdf installé devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et se droguant durant une partie du sejour), l'appartement n'est pas du tout lumineux et il était indiqué dans la description des services de streaming gratuits comme netflix, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

El apartamento en realidad solo lo usamos para dormir , pero estaba en muy buenas condiciones .centrico cerca de arcos , iglesia , escaleras de celaron , todo lo puedes hacer caminando .tambien real gabinete portugués de lectura , confitería colombo y el bazar de Saara.
Solo se me pasó comentarles que del clima ( aire acondicionado ) salen hielos hacia la cama y gotea y es muy incómodo por la noche eso para dormir . Solo chequen eso .

El departamento cumplió con las expectativas, limpió, cómodo, casi bien equipado, las áreas comunes están en buen estado. El personal facilitó de muy buena manera el check-in, todo el tiempo atentos a mis consultas, incluía wifi. Incluía toallas y buen aseo del baño. Muy buen sistema de llaves para ingresar y buena iluminación, bastante moderno.
Quizás deberían tener implementado más cosas comunes que a veces no es necesario comprar, como por ejemplo azúcar e endulzante, café. No incluía el aseo a diario. La ubicación la verdad pensé que sería mucho mejor, como experiencia queda casi todo lejos, Copacabana a 20 a 30 minutos según el tráfico, cerca las escaleras de selaron. Lugar un poco peligroso para andar de noche.
