Acomodação limpa, confortável, tamanho ok.

O anúncio diz que tem estacionamento e na verdade não tem, você precisa contratar algum estacionamento nos prédios vizinhos, isso eh horrível a noite pois você fica exposto as ruas do centro até chegar no apt. Região com muito morador de rua e usuários de droga.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all main attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room looks exactly like the photos, it’s comfortable and well-equipped. A big plus is the reverse osmosis water filter in the room. I also enjoyed the common areas, especially the gym and the laundry room with washers and dryers.

Since it’s the city center, it can get noisy at night due to the nearby park. Also, there are quite a few homeless people in the surrounding area, which is something to be aware of. The air conditioning in the room was a bit weak

De fato, um lar fora de casa. Minha estadia foi excelente! O espaço é muito agradável, extremamente limpo e muito bem localizado, o que fez toda a diferença durante a viagem. Desde antes da reserva, o atendimento já foi impecável, com respostas rápidas e muita atenção pelo WhatsApp, o que me trouxe segurança e confiança para fechar a hospedagem. Outro ponto que merece destaque foi a facilidade de entrada e acesso ao local. Todo o processo é muito prático, organizado e moderno, com excelente uso de tecnologia, o que torna a chegada muito mais tranquila e segura. Além de toda a estrutura, tive uma grata surpresa: conheci vizinhos incríveis, que se tornaram verdadeiros amigos e, sem dúvida, levarei para a vida. Me hospedar no Hub foi uma experiência tão positiva que já estou com retorno marcado para o Rio e, claro, já reservei novamente. Recomendo muito!

Le drap troué qui n’a pas été remplacé car il faut être à la disposition du personnel. Le système d’ouverture par reconnaissance faciale ne fonctionnait qu’avec ma femme. La communication régulière (robot) pour demander de bien noter l’établissement. La conception de la climatisation : la partie extérieure sur la terrasse est bruyante. Le système d’éclairage inconfortable.
