l'aide et la disponibilité de Carmen. La situation de l'appartement proche de restaurants de commerces, de pharmacies.
l'équipement de la cuisine .. couverts, viasselle, matériel de cuisson.
Un point négatif mais difficilement am&liorable : les moteurs des ascenseurs sont juste au dessus sur le toit et on les entend trop bien chaque fois qu'uun des deux ascenseurs fonctionne. Cela se calme le nuit.. mais pénible dans la journée

The apartment is a jewel. Perfect location, in between Copacabana and Ipanema. We viewed the New Years fireworks from our rooftop veranda.
Very clean, even managed to arrange the cleaning on a day that suited us. Carmem is a great host, friendly and effective.
There could be a Nespresso machine in the apartment, but after all, there is a coffee shop right at the corner.
