Son emplacement et la sécurité. Vue sur la mer.
Appartement avec des équipements très vieillissants. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Pas de sèche cheveux comme indiqué. Besoin de prendre rendez-vous pour avoir accès à la laverie et ce, uniquement en semaine et avant 17h ! La douche de l’étage ne fonctionne pas. Les portes fenêtres ne fermaient pas. Planche à repasser à changer. Rideaux déchirés. Poignées cassées ou manquantes. Bref ça fait cher juste pour l’emplacement ! Mais la propriétaire a toujours répondu à mes messages et s’est montrée très compréhensive.
