The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor super-king with Juliette balcony and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin room. Servicing these is a second-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, an enclosed garden with lawn and furniture and a decked first-floor balcony. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
