The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles, and a twin, along with a bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture. Highchair, stair gate & travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2, beach 0.3 miles. miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 28 Fore Street makes a delightful retreat to Devon. Note: One parking permit supplied for Orchard car park on Beer Road (no allocated space) within a 5-minute walk. Note: Washing machine is in cloakroom. Note: Linen not supplied for travel cot.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Great location. Right next door to a corner shop. Everything was within walking distance.House was lovely. Very clean. Perfect for a family of six adults. Hosts left a nice welcome gift

Good stay. Clean house with small garden. Well appointed with everything you could need in the house. Garden not totally dog secure as fences not 6ft all round. Parking in a public carpark with 1 permit per booking. Property close to the sea and lovely walks in the area. Electric tram is a lovely thing to do.

The house is just beautiful. Really lovely, open living space with tall ceilings. Kitchen opens onto a peaceful garden (we could hear people singing in the church behind it). Four big bedrooms and comfy beds. And a secret sitting room on the top floor that the kids loved. Amazing.
