The property also features a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, an additional ground-floor cloakroom, a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner/living area, and a separate lounge with a Smart TV and patio doors leading to the garden. Amenities include gas central heating, a gas range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included.
Off road parking for 3 cars and sizable garden with lawns and patio seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Hawksdown is 0.5 miles from shops, pub and beaches making it an ideal choice for a coastal getaway. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 300GBP
