Little Cliff House, a three-storey home, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, a dining area, a utility, a living/dining room with TV, dining area, and access out to large patio terrace with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suite roll-top freestanding bath, and two king-sizes, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawns and pond (covered with metal grill), and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note that this a pet-free and smoke-free property. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.5 miles, a beach. Enjoy tranquil sea views from the comfort of Little Cliff House.
