Emminster consists of a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, (communal washer/dryer on site), and a living/dining room with TV, DVD player, and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a double and a ground-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a communal garden, plus gravelled area with furniture, plus off-road allocated parking. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop, within 1.5 miles, a pub, and within 2.8 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Up to 3 well-behaved dogs welcome. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. Explore the Jurassic coast of Dorset with a stay at Emminster.
